Am I required to give you, my password?

Am I eligible for a refund?

In case you are unsatisfied with any of our services, you are entitled to a 100% money back guarantee valid for 30 days after your purchase. Our customer care team should issue your refund within 10 days of you filing your request.

Am I at risk when buying from you?

Can you explain the drip-feed feature?

The drip-feed feature allows you to receive your order in multiple runs. This is so you don’t receive large numbers of followers, views, or likes in a suspiciously short amount of time. You may also choose the intervals at which these are delivered, like 3000 followers delivered in 10 runs or at specific time intervals.

Why did I receive my views all at once?

Receiving a small number of views all at once will most likely not be a problem, especially if you have a larger following. However, if this worries you, you can make use of our drip-feed feature to spread out your views’ delivery.

Will buying views also increase the amount of likes I receive?

When your account gets a large number of views it is more likely to be noticed by the algorithm. Your content will then be promoted to more people thus increasing your reach and organic engagement, i.e., your views.

I did not receive my delivery after completing the payment process?

This may happen for a few reasons. You should first make sure that your account is set to public you didn’t change your username after your purchase. You should also check that your video is still posted (not deleted) and that your content did not violate any terms of service.

For how long am I eligible for a refill?

You are eligible for refill within 30 days of your purchase. In case you lost likes, views, or followers that were included in your purchase, you may request an instant refill.

How do I receive my likes from you on TikTok?

We will only ask you for your username and will start delivering your order within 20 minutes of your purchase. In case of high demand however, it might take around 60 minutes for your order to be delivered.
